Protest in St. Peter's Square

My first full day in Rome was pretty interesting.  I went to St. Peter's Square and walked right into a protest outside the Vatican.  Check out the pictures of the aftermath.  I'll post the videos of the actual protest when the internet gets better.  So probably after I get back home.
